This wine is made with Primitivo di Mandura grapes from ancient vineyards in the town of Sava. Around mid September, the grapes are left to dry naturally on the plant and are picked before sunrise, when the stars are still shining and the night has allowed the plant to cool after the hot sun. This is the perfect tempertature to make a wine with great aromatic intensity. 750ml
