Where can I collect from?

You can choose either the Coalisland or Dungannon Store. Please then make your way to a collection point at our deli within the store of your choosing.


Can I choose a specific date?

Yes, you can choose your preferred date, unless the date is greyed out which means it is unavailable.


How do I amend my order?

Please note as our food is made fresh, there is a very limited time to amend or cancel your order before your order is processed. Email us with your requested amendments at shoponline@newellstores.com and we will try to accommodate. Terms and conditions apply.


How soon can I get my order?

As all our food is made fresh to order, just like in-person or telephone orders, there is a minimum amount of notice required. If you click on the calendar you will be given the next available time upon choosing ASAP. This is approximately 2 days. Or alternatively you can choose a date that suits you. Should you need food sooner than our ASAP function please feel free to contact our Deli Department on 028 8772 5248 to see if they can accommodate you.

What is your freshness guarantee?

All our food is made to order by our team of chefs.


Is there a minimum order value for online orders?

No. Unless specified, all our food is created fresh by our team and we are more than happy to make what suits you and your occasion.


Will I be charged if I don't collect my items?

Yes payment is taken at the time of order completion. We are unable to cancel orders once processed.


Will the prices of my items change after I have ordered?

No. Final payment is taken upon completion of your order, so you can plan for your event knowing that prices will not change.


Who can I contact regarding online orders?

Am I eligible for Loyalty points on my online order?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate this at present but hope to have this available soon.
