Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.


Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, given the ability to purchase alcohol. Any alcohol purchase will be age-checked at the point of collection/delivery - i.e. we may ask to see valid photo ID.

BOOKING INFORMATION VIA RES DIARY

We use Res Diary, a secure online booking system, to manage reservations at Moghrá Bistro. When you make a booking, the following information may be collected:

-Name, email, and phone number
-Booking date, time, and number of guests
-Special requests or dietary requirements
-Payment information (if required for deposits or no-shows)
-Marketing preferences (if you opt in)

How your booking data is used:

-To confirm and manage your reservation
-To provide updates or notifications about your booking
-To improve our services and your dining experience
-To send marketing communications if you’ve opted in

Who can access your booking data:

-Moghrá Bistro and Newell Stores staff for reservation management
-Res Diary, as the service provider
-Payment processors or other third parties only as needed to provide the service

Data storage:

-Booking data is stored securely in local data centers managed by Microsoft Azure.
-We retain booking data for up to 3 years unless you request deletion earlier.

-Withdraw consent for marketing communications
