Pesto Pasta with Rotisserie Chicken
  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions of the package. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and the cheese in medium size cubes.
  3. In a big bowl, add the chicken, cooked pasta, pesto, cheese, and tomatoes. Mix all together.
  4. Rip some basil leaves apart to decorate and serve immediately or chill in the fridge.

  • 250g of fresh mozzarella
  • 25 g of fresh basil
