Pavlova Wreath
Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to whip the egg whites.
  4. Once all the sugar is added, whip for an additional 2-3 minutes until the meringue is glossy and forms stiff peaks.
  5. Spoon or pipe the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in the shape of a wreath. Create a well in the center to hold the toppings.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 250°F (120°C).
  7. Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the pavlova is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Allow it to cool completely.
  8. Once the pavlova wreath is cooled, carefully transfer it to a serving plate.
  9. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and spread it in the center of the pavlova wreath.
  10. Decorate the whipped cream with an assortment of fresh fruits. Arrange the fruits in a visually appealing manner, covering the whipped cream.
