Cornflake Chicken Nuggets
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, fan 180ºC, gas 6.
  2. Cut your chicken into bite sized chunks to suit the kids.
  3. Crush the cornflakes (it's good to keep a variation in size of crumbs)
  4. Season the flour, you could even add paprika, garlic salt or parmesan.
  5. Beat the eggs.
  6. Coat the chicken in flour, dip in egg and coat in cornflakes.
  7. Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes.

  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 medium eggs

  • parmesan (optional)
  • paprika (optional)
