Chilli Beef Stir-Fry and Noodles
Method
  1. Slice the frying steak into strips
  2. Fry the meat for 2 - 4 minutes
  3. Bring sauce pan of water to the boil, turn off the heat
  4. Add the noodles to water for 2 minutes then strain the noodles
  5. Add the soy, garlic, ginger and chilli to the frying pan and continue to cook
  6. Toss in thinly sliced peppers, cook for further 4 minutes and add noodles
  7. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil
  8. Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds and fresh chilli

  • Frying Steak 300g
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Fresh Chilli to taste
  • Soy Sauce 20 ml
  • Sesame Oil 10ml
  • Fresh Knob Ginger 10g
  • 150g Egg Noodles
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Sliced peppers 250g
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
