Method
- Cook the pasta following the instructions of the package. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.
- Cut the mushrooms in slices and cut the garlic finely.
- In a preheated pan with olive oil, cook he mushrooms until brown. Add the garlic and spinach and mix until the spinach is cooked. Add the butter, mix, and take them off the heat.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan oven).
- In the same pot where the pasta was cooked, add the chicken, mushrooms, spinach, the tomato sauce and mix until everything is incorporated.
- Pour the pasta mixture into a baking tray in an even layer and cover with the cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

- 200g of fresh spinach

- 1 jar of tomato sauce, bolognese style (500g)
- 1 bag of grated mild cheddar cheese (200g)
