Redbreast Moscatel Wine Cask Edition

The fifth iteration in our famed series uses Moscatel wine casks from the hills of Málaga, Spain, to finish our signature Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey style. Partnering with Bodegas Quitapenas, family-owned since 1880, to procure Spanish Moscatel casks known for their floral aromas accompanied with pineapple, peach and notes of honey.

The wine is aged in American Oak for 24 months before the casks are emptied and transferred to Midleton Distillery for ageing. Here, Redbreast's Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has been maturing in these casks since 2024.
