Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by Newell Stores, registered in 50 Newell Rd, Dungannon BT70 1EG (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Open to adults aged 18 or over who are able to collect the hamper in person from our Dungannon store.
Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
Proof of age and identity may be required to claim the prize.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow the instructions. Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase necessary.

4. Prize

The prize is a Valentine's Steak Meal Deal.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The prize must be collected in person from the Promoter’s store in Dungannon 13th - 14th Feb.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute items of equal value to the prize if necessary.
This is a cross-platform competition and 1 winner will be selected across Facebook and Instagram.

5. Opening and Closing Dates

The prize draw opens on 11/02/26.
The closing date for entries is 13/02/26 noon. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted via Comment & DM.
If the winner does not respond within 12 hours notification, or is unable to collect the hamper from our Dungannon store, a new winner may be selected.

7. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Meta. By entering, participants release Facebook/Meta from all liability in connection with the draw.

8. General

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Entry into the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
