These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in this document) (the “Terms”) tell you the terms and condition on which you may make use of our app (the “App”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our App includes accessing, browsing, and registering to use our App.

that in proceeding to use this App, you have read and you accept the terms, conditions and disclaimers set out in this
document. You further accept that any and all consequences of your use of the App are your own responsibility and that
you will not seek to take action of any nature against Newell Stores or any persons associated with the App.

In addition to these Terms set out herein and the terms of the Privacy Statement there may from time to time be
additional terms and conditions applicable to the use of the App or the services provided through the App. These
Terms shall be available at http://www.newellstores.com/te.... and you shall be notified of any changes to these
terms from time to time. Any amendments will be notified to you using the contact details you give us or by a suitable
announcement on the App. Changes to these terms and conditions will apply after we have given such notice. If you do
not wish to accept the amended terms and conditions you should not continue to use this App. If you do continue to use
this App, you will be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
Push Notifications
By registering with the App, we will on occasion send you push notifications notifying you of new offers and/or promotions, as well as other account information that may be important to you. If you no longer wish to receive these types
of communications you may opt-out from receiving them by turning them off at the device level through the settings of
the device or they can be turned off within the “My Account” settings of the App by editing Contact Preferences and
un-checking Mobile App and clicking save. Please note that if you are not registered on the App the only way to turn off
push notifications is through the App settings.

This is an App operated by Newell Stores (“We”). We are registered in UK under company number NI029285 and have
our registered office at 50 Newell Road, Dungannon, Co Tyrone. We are a limited company.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice
of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
Changes to our app
We may update our App from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of
the content on our App may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it and/or to keep
it accurate.
We do not guarantee that our App, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
Accessing our app
Our App is made available free of charge.
We do not guarantee that our App, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our App
is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our App without
notice and at our discretion. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our App is unavailable at any time or for any

logging into the App in conjunction with Facebook, Twitter or any other social network account provided for within the
App, or otherwise, as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not
disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable your account at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of
the provisions of these Terms.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly

Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our App and in the material published on it. Those
works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You must not attempt to modify the App or any digital materials you have downloaded in any way through the App,
and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any
accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our App must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the content on our App for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from
us or our licensors.
If you download any part of our App in breach of these Terms, your right to use our App will cease immediately and you
must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
No reliance on information
The content on our App is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you
should rely and the offers or promotions therein do not constitute an endorsement of the goods or services to which
those offers or promotions relate.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our App, we make no representations, warranties or
guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our App is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
Limitation of our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our

use of or reliance on any content displayed on our App. Please note that we only provide our App for domestic and
private use. You agree not to use our App for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for
any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your phone or mobile device, programs, data or other proprietary material due to
your use of our App or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our App. Such links should not be interpreted as
endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use
of them.
Viruses
We do not guarantee that our App will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access
our App. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our App by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which
is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our App, the server on
which our App is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our App. You must not attack our App via
a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. We will report any such breach to the relevant law
enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of
such a breach, your right to use our App will cease immediately.

Where our App contains links to websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your
information only. We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources and we accept no responsibility
for any content on such websites not for the consequence of any actions taken by any person or persons pursuant to
the usage of these links or resources.
Applicable law
Please note that these Terms, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by Irish law. You and we both agree to
that the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.

From time to time, we may contact you with about various products and services (including money off coupon and
