Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by Newell Stores, registered in 50 Newell Rd, Dungannon BT70 1EG (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Open to adults aged 18 or over who are able to collect the hamper in person from our Dungannon store.
Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
Proof of age and identity may be required to claim the prize.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the relevant hamper sign-up form and agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Entry is conditional on opting in.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase necessary.

4. Prize

The prize is a hamper containing alcoholic products and other items selected by the Promoter.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The prize must be collected in person from the Promoter’s store in Dungannon within 2 weeks of notification.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute items in the hamper of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Opening and Closing Dates

The prize draw opens on 8/10/25.
The closing date for entries is 22/10/25. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry.
If the winner does not respond within 2 weeks of notification, or is unable to collect the hamper from our Dungannon store, a new winner may be selected.

7. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

By entering this prize draw, you consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Personal details provided will be used to administer this promotion and for marketing purposes in line with GDPR.

8. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Meta. By entering, participants release Facebook/Meta from all liability in connection with the draw.

9. General

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Entry into the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
