Dingle Series 5

The fifth release comprises of malt whisky that has been matured in ex bourbon, pedro Ximinez and Maderia casks. This is the first such release from Dingle. Batch 5 is a very interesting whiskey in which the component casks come to the fore at different stages. The ex bourbon adds aroma and spice whereas the PX and maderia casksdeliever on mouthful and taste 700ml
